A healthy screen time alternative: practising mindfulness through a digital game
Calming down is part of the game
Kids wear a lightweight sports heart sensor while they play, turning their breathing into another game controller. As they practise being aware of and relaxing their own bodies, the game rewards them in real time - helping them build measurable mindfulness and self-regulation skills they can use beyond the screen.
Alongside the game and sensor, families receive a workbook to help their child build the resilience and skills needed to take on life’s challenges with confidence.
